Covid-19 has had a huge impact on events worldwide, with cancellations, postponements and reshuffling being part of the new normal. Here are some updates on planned events for the year, so be sure to mark (or update) your motoring calendar.

Subject to final confirmation, the 5th edition of Concours South Africa is set to take place in Johannesburg from 23-24 October 2021. For more information, go to www.concourssouthafrica.com.

The Simola Hillclimb, originally scheduled to take place in May this year, was postponed due to Covid-19 concerns. The event will now take place on 2-5 September 2021. For more information, visit www.speedfestival.co.za.

The popular Annual Coffee & Cars charity event that was meant to happen on 4 July has also been postponed. The new date is Sunday, 1 August 2021. Entrance is free but please bring along a blanket or two as well as any non-perishable foods you can spare - Round Table International will distribute it to a much-needed charity.
